Kiyotaka and the others begin investigating the mystery. “This is a message from the past! Don’t you think this refers to precisely this situation? Where is the promised place? What is going to happen there? And why have the cherry blossoms bloomed now? Our newspaper club is going to unravel these mysteries!” Morizono Ricca firmly declares this as the president of the newspaper club. The message- “When the cherry blossoms bloom, go to the promised place and-” The latter half of the message is garbled and unreadable, but the message is ominous. Even more surprisingly, every single member of the newspaper club simultaneously receives a text message from an unknown sender. Despite being winter, the cherry blossoms of Hatsune Island suddenly start blooming all at once. However, the club members spend their days relaxing in the club room since there's nothing particularly newsworthy happening on the present Hatsune Island, unlike in the past when mysterious events were common.
Attending this school’s affiliated campus is Yoshino Kiyotaka, his upperclassman and school idol, Morizono Ricca, his childhood friend who’s practically a little sister, Katsuragi Himeno, his half-Japanese cousin, Yoshino Charles, and two other girls who all enjoy working in the Newspaper Club together. A fog that is present all year, a mysterious girl with amnesia, and the magic cherry blossom branch she held. There are those who would use the power of magic to hurt others-Kiyotaka and his classmates head into foggy London in order to prevent those incidents before they occur. Meanwhile, their class receives missions from The Queen. So for that reason, Kiyotaka nominates himself to run in the student council elections. In order to realize his goal, he needs to become a member of Weather Vane’s student council. But Kiyotaka had the wish entrusted to him by his father. They decide to take care of her at Weather Vane for a while after learning that she possesses magical powers. The girl carries a small cherry blossom branch in her hand, and is missing most of her memories. The two meet a lone little girl, situated right underneath a giant clock tower. Experiencing ordinary days, repeating like a da capo, as if they were a dream… Kiyotaka walks through London together with Ricca one day. Kiyotaka begins to feel at ease in his new environment, and soon enough the siblings are merrily hanging out with their new friends at school. Many fledgling mages from around the world congregate here to study their craft in an optimum environment.
